Improve concentration power with Yoga

Yoga exercise another way to improve your concentration power. Practice few of yoga postures and some breathing exercises can help you to improve your concentration power. Concentration power is directly proportional to your physic power.

Salutation seal

Sitting with cross legs on mat or floor even you can do this exercise by standing in Tadasana position, Inhale and bring your hands together to prayer position.
Thumbs lightly between chest bone .Now take a deep breath and try to quit your incoming feelings to your mind and relax your body. Now press your both hands opposite each other equally but remember if you mostly use left hand (i.e writing, eating, playing etc) then don't press your left hand with less power then right hand, but remember put pressure your both hands equally it's very important. Keep your elbow bent and straight your back
